Client-Side Project Management

When a nonprofit commissions a software build, a platform migration, or a system replacement, the vendor represents the vendor. Somebody has to represent the mission — managing requirements, holding the schedule, running acceptance testing, and protecting the budget. That's a full-time job most organizations hand to a program director at twenty-five percent capacity. We take that seat instead, as your owner's representative, for the life of the project.

We facilitate planning that surfaces the whole room — staff, board, volunteers, the community you serve — and produces a document your team recognizes as their own. Along the way: pioneered a national retail social enterprise, co-founded SWAP — a platform for sharing staff and resources across organizations — and helped build Annie™ MOORE, technology that matches refugee families to the communities most likely to help them thrive. None of that started as an AI project. All of it started with a nonprofit that needed something built.
